I was turned on by a friend of mine to Taylor Jo's first on their wonderful selection of beer, but as a foodie I tend to want to try local fare for the experience. They have the most succulent fried chicken that has been made to my knowledge, been marinated overnight before frying. They have a steak fry that has also been marinated in the same dredge and fried to perfection. But alas, what I keep coming back for time and again is the totally rad awesomeness that they call a hoagie. My particular favorite? Well the Philly Steak, of course! Made with fresh local baked bread and the traditional steak is made with the freshest ingredients that will make your senses jump with glee when this hoagie passes past your lips. The Philly Steak comes standard with the traditional hot fixings of a stake sub, steak, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc., but in addition it comes with salad fixings - lettuce, tomato, etc. I prefer to order minus the salad fixings and request mayonnaise and ranch dressing. This brings me to my next point, your sandwich is customizeable to the way you like them. In conclusion, Taylor Jo's 6 Pak Shack is great for on the go and eat in. Great customer service with a friendly atmosphere makes for a nice place to come and eat - or if you choose, take home and eat - with a nice variety of beer, as well as non alcoholic beverages. They offer a full menue, which I haven't tried, but I am eager to.

Decent selection of beer and I hear the food is good but I have yet to try. Prices are a little steep for beers from what I remember. If you want a case I'm pretty sure there is a distributor right across the street that prob has much better prices. Good location if your headed to the mountain as that's about it till you get to the springs.

I'm not a family member - but I do love it when people claim that's the case for positive reviews. I am a local, I eat here 2 times a month or more - this place is generally solid. I have never gotten a bad meal here (things I wouldn't order again because of personal tastes, sure -- but even that's pretty rare). Also, I've never witnessed anyone there being smart mouthed, what I have seen are the owner (who is almost always there) and his employee being so slammed you wonder how they are going to get all the orders done with smiles on their faces. The chicken goes quick. If you want it, get there early or be prepared to wait 40-50 minutes for it. We don't even bother with the chicken, I am sure it's great but I am usually starving by the time I get there later in the day, so I never order it. I've gotten everything on the menu, the pizza is really the only thing I consistently dislike - everything else is at least good, most things are great. I really like their Italian subs and zucchini chips. Nothing super unique about them, they are just done really, really well. My husband is a fan of their calzones/stombolis. The small is large enough to feed two -- the large will feed 4. I don't care for the pizza - the sauce is kind of sweet and the crust is thicker and I'm not into that. My daughter loves it though. The prices here are so low for the portion sizes. A family of 4 can easily eat here for 30 bucks. Also this place is kind of a novelty for the area -- the township this place is in doesn't allow restaurants to serve any type of alcohol - liquor, forget it -- nearest ABC is 14 miles away. Anyway, some places are BYOB with a cork fee -- this place you can buy your beer separately and then sit down and drink it with your cheeseburger. So yeah, beer here is slightly more than other distributors. ALSO, welcome to PA where cases of beer are infinitely cheaper than 6 packs.

Great value, really tasty broccoli cheddar poppers, perfect food after a day on the mountain.

Had the chicken pizza it was banging. Dough was out of this world. Everyone one here is very friendly. Great stop after a great day skiing.

Stopped here for dinner while traveling and had the (stick to your ribs and double your cholesterol count) Chicken and Biscuits Special. $5. Looks like a bar from the road but it's a real diner with 4 booths and 3 tables. And a lot of beer selections.

Ordered just fried chicken for takeout. Looks like they usually have some chicken pre cooked but they were out so needed to wait 30-40 minutes. The price is per piece and you can pick the specific pieces: breast, leg, thigh, wing. Got 1 breast, 2 legs, 2 thighs and 2 wing for $10. Golden brown, very crispy outside. Juicy (breast was a little dry but such is the nature of that part of the chicken) and seasoned just right. Would be nice if there was more selection of sides/other foods but the fried chicken is delicious (and I've eaten a lot of fried chicken!). Located on not far off turnpike at Donegal and on the way to Fallingwater.

We posted the menu for this place since it was nowhere to be found online. It's a great after ski or after mountain place to get a sandwich, pizza, and chicken. No frills but the owners are amazingly cool and u eat in a 6 pack shop w booths. The fried chicken is their specialty but call in advance to make sure they save u a few pieces either to eat there or take home bec the wait could be 30-40mons if not. This is a mug better and cheaper option for those who aren't a fan of spending big money in 7springs expensive sub par food!

Love these guys it's a little tucked away but the folks who work there are really nice food is what you expect and massive plus they sell six packs and looseys. So good.

They only had a few pieces of chicken left and were out of potatoes, which was strangely comforting compared to the fast food alternatives. The chicken we did get was tasty along with the French fries and rolls. The Philly cheesesteak wasn't bad either. It was a lot of food for the money. Definitely a nice find for the adventurous traveler.

This was the worst place ever! I bet the reviews that gave this place good marks were family members! Ordered the three piece box...didn't have any breast sections...asked if I would like two thighs instead, ok sure I wanna eat! Grabbed a four pack of beer to go with my meal at my camper! Over charged for the beer...actually the lady was smart mouthed with me when I questioned the price. Got back to camp only to find two pieces of chicken...small leg & a small thigh! One stale roll and three potato wedges! The coleslaw was horrible! If I could give this a negative star I surely would! Don't even waste the time...go over to Sarnelli's for your beer and food!

Really good selection of beer. Despite the name they also have singles and bunch of decent bombers. We also ordered pizza one night. When I picked it up I spotted their fried chicken and it does look very good, but it was pizza for us. The pizza is OK. Pretty thick and a lot of sauce, but not too bad overall. We were there off season also, so it could be little better in the winter.

staff is so friendly...like I have been coming here for years...they have Guinness blonde ...that's worth a star right there cause I wanted to try it...yummy..and definitely get some chicken...though all the food looked amazing...we also split a Philly cheese steak...so good...we will be back when in area when skiing or tubing! Very casual place...locals spot...no frills
